Analyses
An analysis (or diagnostic) compares the local snapshot to the target reference and renders a severity-classified report.
Engine stages

Each delta exposes a stable code (SCHEMA_*, MODULE_*) for ticketing.
Degraded modes
When a sub-scan fails (unreadable PHP module), the analysis continues with a marked partial result. See Degraded modes.
