Analyse-Workflow

This guide walks through Discovery for a business operator or integrator.

1. Open Mission Control

From Dolibarr admin → Knot › Migration. Empty state: « Run a diagnostic » button. Populated state: history with badges (in progress, completed, failed).

2. Pick the upgrade path

  • Source version: auto-detected (CLI override possible)
  • Target version: from Dolibarr 18.x–23.x references

If the source is out of range, banner KM_PATH_UNSUPPORTED_SOURCE — integrator escalation required.

3. Snapshot generation

Progress bar ~5–30 s: schema, modules, extrafields, integrations. Summary card: « N tables, M modules, K extrafields ».

4. Analysis report

At least five sections with severity badges. In-app HTML export; Markdown/JSON for automation.

  • Open tickets for critical items
  • Schedule cloning dry-run
  • Move to Planning to formalize the migration plan
